THIS EVENT: Angie Andriot is displaying her paintings, and photographer and filmmaker Larry Basham is screening his documentary film, "Fire & Rain Organ 2023" at 6pm!

Thank you for participating in The New Albany Art Walk! The 3rd Friday of each month through October, many downtown businesses will be part of the art walk. You may find a musician, a jewelry maker, a painter or an author. A business may be such a cool spot, you will enjoy seeing what they have to offer and it could be considered artistic in itself.

Many of the incredible shops downtown are participating and will be open until 8:00pm. So, please stroll the streets of historic New Albany, and enjoy all the incredible local talents.

The Root, located at 110 East Market St, will serve as information headquarters. We will have a special display or event for your enjoyment as well, from special movie screenings and live music to photography and fashion shows, you never know what you'll find at The New Albany Art Walk each 3rd Friday of the month.

From paintings and illustrations to photography and music, there will be a diverse range of styles and mediums to enjoy. You'll also have the opportunity to purchase artwork directly from the artists, so you can take a piece of the evening home with you.
