He is actively involved in community service on several boards\, including the Harrison County Community Foundation\, Harrison Springs Health Campus Advisory Board\, Indiana Bankers Association Future Leadership Development Advisory Board\, and the Harrison County Youth Advocacy Center\, as well as volunteering with Junior Achievement. \nOutside of work\, Christopher has two passions: cooking\, including owning a catering business called GriffCooks\, and cheering on his favorite team as a lifelong St. Louis Blues hockey fan. \nWe’re glad to host Christopher Griffith on this panel and highlight the practical takeaways he brings to learning and development. \n\n\n \nDevan Jackson \nWith roots in Harrison County\, Indiana\, Devan Jackson has grown her career at First Harrison Bank since the age of 19. Now serving as Vice President of Risk Management and Security over the bank\, she brings a deep understanding of both the organization and the industry.  \nOne of the aspects Devan enjoys most about banking is the ability to connect with her team and the communities First Harrison Bank supports.
