At the heart of the campus is the historic WhistleStop, a repurposed farmstead that now serves as a home for coworking, entrepreneurship, events, and innovation. The campus is home to the STEAM Engine business incubator and is being developed to support technology-based businesses, advanced manufacturing, sustainable agriculture, life sciences, research, and entrepreneurship. It also offers access to high-speed connectivity, future research and laboratory space, green space, and planned connections to regional parks and trails.

A Resource Through IU Southeast
the people and resources you need are closer than you think.
Indiana University Southeast is a community partner at Novaparke, bringing the resources of a regional university directly into the campus community.
Through its School of Business, IUS provides opportunities for local entrepreneurs to access one-on-one support, business seminars and training, and faculty expertise. IUS faculty also participate in the campus’s business accelerator program, helping selected businesses develop and grow.
The campus also creates opportunities for collaboration with IUS’s Natural Sciences and other academic programs, including access to future laboratory and research resources.
